COMPARATIVE STUDY DIFFERENT VARIABLES BETWEEN ATHLETES AND NON ATHELETES OF KASHMIR DIVISION

The objective of the present study was to access comparative different variables between athletes and non Kashmir division. Physical fitness is a dynamic concept continuously growing in its importance everyday life health. Although being an attribute that has genetic basis, it also sensitive changes type amount physical activity, mortality injury. criterion measures selected for were, Explosive Leg strength, Speed, Agility, Resting pulse rate, Blood pressure (Systolic dia-Systolic),Breath holding capacity. Mean, Standard deviation T value Athletes Non-Athletes calculated. results showed significant difference (p<0.005) case rate (Systolic), but no Breathing capacity Diastolic observed. It therefore concluded are at higher levels their physiological which enhance performance sports daily activities.
